pretex®
pretex® — impregnated special papers
pretex® is made from selected pulps and synthetic fibres (polyamide and polyester) in combination with a special impregnation method. These papers are characterised by their high levels of strength when wet and when dry, their good printability with standard inks and various digital printing methods and their versatility in terms of further processing.

Durable printed products, advertising, labels, climate-resistant packaging, functional and decorative coatings, special technical applications.
Depending on the application, pretex® can be supplied uncoated or coated on one or both sides. In addition to the standard range, there are a whole host of partially tailored products for technical applications. The grades for durable printed products are already FSC®-certified. Other products can be produced using FSC® pulp on request. pretex® can also be provided with security features.

Further prodessing
Also highly suitable for coating or laminating with aqueous systems. Punching, perforating or embossing can normally be carried out with most grades without any problems.
